This platform is a secure channel for submitting concerns with regard to possible irregularities or misconduct, including, but not limited to, those relating to violations of ArcelorMittal Code of Business Conduct, legal or regulatory requirements, environmental and social related violations and adverse impacts (including human rights), non-compliance with governance standards, incorrect or misrepresentation in accounting, auditing or banking matters, bribery or fraud within ArcelorMittal, its subsidiaries, affiliates and value chain.

Please note that this platform is exclusively reserved for the above-mentioned concerns. It is not intended for general business inquiries such as supply or sponsorship requests, operational or technical issues, non-payment and product-related complaints, or routine HR matters unrelated to unethical behaviour or misconduct such as compensation, benefits, or employee performance. Such concerns will not be processed through this platform.

Reported concerns will immediately be distributed to the appropriate departments within the group for further investigation. Information will be disclosed to employees or third parties on a strict “need to know” basis for the purpose of the investigation. Whistleblowing reports and subsequent investigation reports will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

Besides this general reporting line, specific whistleblower lines are also available in some of the countries where we operate.

You can also register you report via the website arcelormittal.ethicspoint.com. No information will be gathered other than what you type in. Alternatively, you have an option to report your concern by phone. 

The reporting person may request a meeting with ArcelorMittal representatives at appropriate level to discuss potential or actual severe adverse impacts that are subject matter of the complaint.

The audit committee encourages you to supply contact information with your submission to facilitate follow-up, clarifications and assistance with investigations if necessarily.

Providing your contact details is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to remain anonymous. ArcelorMittal will ensure that any information you provide will be treated with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion. Our team is committed to protecting your identity and handling your report in a professional and ethical manner.

ArcelorMittal will take necessary measures to protect the reporting persons who have, in a good faith, made reports through the company’s whistleblowing channels, against any retaliation.
