ArcelorMittal University provides employees with the resources and support they need to advance their career; it’s also a place for exchanging ideas, networking, and expanding horizons. The main campus is in Luxembourg but like our company, the University is a global institution, with a network of campuses across the world. Dofasco is home to the North American ArcelorMittal University Campus, a 110,000 sq. ft. facility offering more 1,000 classes to 16,422 students a year.
Our online courses utilize a range of technologies to deliver content and learning tools. In partnership with several e-learning companies, the online campus offers modular courses on a wide range of subjects, which anyone can access and work through at their own pace, in their own time. Courses cover everything from leadership, management, to steel, finance, research and development, law, and purchasing – and much more.
Our Tuition Refund Plan provides financial assistance for permanent employees who wish to improve their education by taking extension or part-time courses related to their present or prospective jobs with the company.
