Sean was appointed to the position of President and CEO ArcelorMittal Dofasco and Member of the ArcelorMittal Management Committee in 2014. He has held various leadership positions including Vice President, Manufacturing, Vice President Technology, Director Quality Systems & Manufacturing Technology, General Manager, Market Development and Product Applications, New Product Development Process Owner, Galvanize Technology Business Unit Manager and Operations Foreman.

Sean joined Dofasco in 1981 as a Production Engineer in Galvanize after graduating from Hamilton's McMaster University with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He is a member of several Boards, including McMaster University Board of Governors, McMaster Innovation Park and the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Brad Davey was appointed chief executive officer for ArcelorMittal North America in May 2018. In this role, he also serves on the Group Management Committee. He previously served as vice president of ArcelorMittal, chief marketing officer ArcelorMittal North America and head of global automotive.

Davey joined Dofasco in 1986 as a member of its technology department. In the next 15 years, he progressed through various roles in manufacturing and technology, working 11 of those years in hot rolling. His final years in operations were as business unit manager of hot rolling, overseeing the facility’s hot mill modernization program and responsible for a three-year technical exchange program with a partner steel company.

Since 2001, he has held commercial positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales. He was vice president of Dofasco and chief marketing officer for North America Flat Rolled. He previously served on the board of directors for ArcelorMittal Tubular Products and ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas Ltd and as a director of the AISI Steel Market Development Institute.

He holds a bachelor of engineering degree from McMaster University.

 

Rogerio joined Belgo Mineira in 1991 in the controlling department. In 1997 he entered an expatriation programme at BBA (Belgo Bekaert Arames – wire business JV in Brazil) while pursuing his activities in controlling in Belgium and in the United States. In 2000 he became administrative and financial manager of the new wire ropes joint venture in Brazil. In 2005 he joined the corporate controlling team in Luxembourg and in September 2006 he was nominated General Manager of ArcelorMittal in charge of the Long Carbon segment (Long Americas, Long Europe and Wire Solutions). In 2008 he was appointed head of controlling of Long Carbon Americas. From 2012 to 2014 he was chief financial officer of Trinidad Tobago and Costa Rica. Since 2015 he has been chief financial officer of Long Carbon Central and South America, responsible for controlling, risks and compliance.

Rogerio is an economist from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil (UFMG) and holds a MBA in finance from IBMEC School in Brazil.
