Sean was appointed to the position of President and CEO ArcelorMittal Dofasco and Member of the ArcelorMittal Management Committee in 2014. He has held various leadership positions including Vice President, Manufacturing, Vice President Technology, Director Quality Systems & Manufacturing Technology, General Manager, Market Development and Product Applications, New Product Development Process Owner, Galvanize Technology Business Unit Manager and Operations Foreman.

Sean joined Dofasco in 1981 as a Production Engineer in Galvanize after graduating from Hamilton's McMaster University with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He is a member of several Boards, including Baycoat, a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Dofasco, McMaster University Board of Governors, McMaster Innovation Park and the Royal Botanical Gardens.

 

Monique was appointed to the Executive Team in December of 2018. Monique began her career at ArcelorMittal Dofasco in 1980 in Human Resourceswhere she held several positions including Team Leader Wage and Salary and Manager, HR Strategy and Planning.

In 2002, Monique joined Commercial, initially to lead the re-organization of the Automotive Department. Following that assignment, she held various positions in Automotive including Chrysler Corporate Account Manager, Manager Business Process and Global Coordination, and General Manager, Automotive and Global Coordination. 

Andrew Connor was appointed to Vice President, Commercial in 2014 after having held the role of Director of Strategy for ArcelorMittal Americas. He began his career at ArcelorMittal Dofasco in 1985 holding several leadership roles including Director of Customer Service, Director of Quality Systems and Manufacturing Technology, Manager of Customer Service and General Manager of Environment and Energy.

Andrew holds a degree in Chemical Engineering  and a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University. He is a member of the Board of the Royal Botanical Gardens.


Dave was appointed to the Executive Team in July, 2019. He was previously General Manager, Finishing Manufacturing. Dave joined Dofasco in 1985 as a Production Engineer in the hot mill and held this position until 1991 when he became Rolling Foreman. From 1997 to 2016 Dave held the position of Business Unit Manager responsible, at separate times, for the hot mill, galvanizing and pickling and cold rolling. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering and Metallurgy from the University of Toronto.


Steve Eljuga was appointed to the position of VP, Finance in January, 2020. Steve joined Dofasco from global accounting firm KPMG in 2002.

 

At Dofasco, Steve has held several roles in Finance including Director, Controlling and Director Financial Reporting. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Steve has had shared responsibility for the continuous improvement initiatives of ArcelorMittal Dofasco, has co-led a significant benchmarking initiative within ArcelorMittal and has played a key role in the implementation of SAP at Dofasco.

 

 

Lisa was appointed Chief Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer in September 2020 and Vice President in January 2015, after having joined ArcelorMittal Dofasco as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in June 2013.  Prior to this, Lisa was a partner at an international law firm engaged in a broad corporate/commercial law practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, infrastructure financing, governance and regulatory compliance, and was also a contributing editor to the Business Law Reports and O’Brien’s Encyclopedia of Forms.

 

Lisa is a member of the Executive Team responsible for managing all legal, governance and compliance matters of ArcelorMittal Dofasco and the affiliates under its management and chief advisor, advocate and spokesperson for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and is ArcelorMittal Country Counsel, Canada.  Lisa also serves as a member of the ArcelorMittal Dofasco’s Pension Committee and the ArcelorMittal Americas Legal Entity Governance Regional Coordinator.

 

Lisa graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Business. She is a member of the Ontario Bar.  Lisa is an active member of her community.  Most recently she is a member of the Legal Leaders for Diversity and board member of Women General Counsel of Canada servicing as Conference Co-Chair and Co-Owner of the ED&I Action Plan.  She previously served as a board member of the Art Gallery of Hamilton, an executive member and board member of the Adoption Council of Ontario and the chairperson of Baddest Beatz Inc. – a non-profit promoting musical activities for youth in Toronto, Ontario.



Vasudha was first appointed to the Executive Team earlier this year as Director, Marketing and Strategy.  She began her career at Dofasco in 1988 and has worked in diverse areas of the company, including Technology, Strategic Planning, Environment & Energy and Commercial Marketing. During her career, she has also been part of several transformation initiatives at Dofasco, and business integration efforts when Dofasco was acquired by ArcelorMittal in 2006. 

 

Vasudha served on the Board of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2018 and she was elected to the Board of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce in 2017. She is also a member of the Board of Baycoat Ltd., a joint venture company of ArcelorMittal Dofasco. 

 

Vasudha received her Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and Masters in Business Administration from York University in 1994. 

Roger was appointed to the Executive Team in October, 2018. He completed a special assignment as VP Manufacturing in 2018 and held the role of General Manager Primary Manufacturing from 2014 to 2018. Roger joined Dofasco in 1987 and held various coaching positions in Technology.

In 2003, Roger was promoted to the position of Maintenance Manager, Tin Mill Products, and in 2008 he became Maintenance Manager for Cokemaking and Ironmaking.  He moved to Operations Manager for Cokemaking in 2012, where he was key leader in the planning and implementation of the coke plant restoration program. Roger also held the position of General Manager, Engineering.

He received his Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and Masters in Business Administration from York University.

Tony joined ArcelorMittal Dofasco in June 2011 from his own firm, Ridge Strategy Group, a public affairs and management consulting company. Tony was a Member of Parliament for four consecutive terms, beginning in 1993.

During his terms in office, Tony served as Minister of Transport and subsequently led the Government's legislative program as Leader of the Government in the House of Commons. Prior to assuming public office, he was principal of a life and health benefits practice.

Tony is a graduate of McMaster University and is actively involved in the community.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters and St. Joseph’s Health System as well as a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster University.
