GalvalumeTM steel is used for industrial & commercial roofing, agricultural buildings, light steel framing, construction tubular, and pre-engineered buildings.

 GalvalumeTM

  • GalvalumeTM Steel is produced by the continuous hot dip coating process, in which the steel strip is fed through a bath of molten aluminum-zinc alloy. GalvalumeTM steel sheet combines the best qualities of aluminum and zinc offering superior corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity. The smooth, silvery metallic spangle appearance makes it attractive in unpainted applications. It is also available in pre-painted form in a number of different paint systems and can be readily post-painted in the field or at the fabricating plant.

Galvalume PlusTM

  • Galvalume PlusTM is a coated steel sheet that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of a GalvalumeTM  coating with a clear, organic surface treatment. The resin coating is applied over both sides of the GalvalumeTM sheet as a final protective layer. The result is an enhanced product with superior attributes for architects, product manufacturers, installers and building owners. Galvalume PlusTM can be roll formed dry with no lubricants and delivered to the jobsite dry with no oil on the surface. It resists fingerprinting during handling and installation, maintaining its "brand new" appearance longer.
