Lisa Marcuzzi (she/her)

Lisa (she/her) was appointed VP, Head of Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Diversity and Inclusion in May 2022.

Background

Lisa first joined ArcelorMittal Dofasco as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in June 2013. In January 2015 she was appointed Vice President, joining the Executive Team, and in September 2020 she took on additional responsibilities as the company’s first Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

Prior to joining ArcelorMittal Dofasco, Lisa was a partner at an international law firm engaged in a broad corporate/commercial law practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, infrastructure financing, and governance and regulatory compliance.

Lisa is a member of the Executive Team, responsible for all communications, sustainable development, government relations and trade, legal, governance and compliance matters of ArcelorMittal Dofasco and the affiliates under its management, and diversity and inclusion, in addition to being ArcelorMittal’s Regional General Counsel, Canada. Lisa also serves as a member of the ArcelorMittal Dofasco’s Pension Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.

Further information

Lisa graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business. In 2023 she successfully completed Harvard’s Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership Program.

She is a member of the Ontario Bar and an active member of her community as a member of the Legal Leaders for Diversity, a member of WGCC – Women General Counsel of Canada, a board of director member of Royal Botanical Gardens, and a national board of director member of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters.
