Nesha Gibson

Nesha Gibson was appointed to the Executive Team in April of 2022. Nesha joins us from Joseph T. Ryerson & Son, Inc., a metal service centre organization with locations across Canada, the U.S.A. and Mexico. Nesha most recently supported more than 35 locations across North America in a senior Human Resources role.

Background

She has 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Prior to joining Ryerson, Nesha worked at Stackpole International, a Johnson Electric Group company that designs and manufactures engineered fluid power solutions and powder metal technologies. She brings broad Human Resources experience to our team, having served in a fiduciary capacity, and having founded several Human Resources initiatives. She has senior experience across all Human Resources disciplines.

Nesha is a graduate of Labour Studies and Sociology (Brock University), earned a Specialization in Human Resources (Niagara College) and holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professionals Association. She currently serves on the Board of St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation.
